    If I don't slack off, I'll be making some dough tonight for pizza Saturday. Every other time I've used a same day dough. Looking forward to seeing how this works out.

    One of the NY Style ones on the Ooni app. Have you downloaded the app? A lot of good info on there.

    I like the 3 day dough,  the neopolitan from The Pizza Bible.  1 day for the starter, 2 days for the dough.  A lot of work but that shit is 💣

    Let us know how it turns out! my wife has been the grill master lately as I'm sidelined with an injury so I don't know the details of yesterday's cooking adventure.

    Ah. Take care. Will experiment someday. I have a good cast iron pan. Will look up a recipe and give it a shot.
