    I m guessing it is a white pizza with Mushrooms and ham.   I think it looks great.

    I love truffle oil in my pizza!!..if you don't mine the smell, go for it!!

    Not a big fan of tomato sauce..they make it too sweet here most of the places..

    So the 6 yr old watched a video as part of his school where they instructed how to make mini pizzas so he wanted to make them after our hike.

    Surprised to say they were pretty good.  Could have eaten about ten.

    Now he eats like a stoner.

    English muffin pizza? I like those but like pizza bagels better. The bagels get really crunchy.

    Smoked pancetta sounds good, but the rest of it sounds horrible.
    And it definitely doesn't photograph well.

    Did a New Haven CT pizza tour with friends this week.  The rankings were pretty consistent between every one

    1) Modern Pizza - was everyones favorite slice of the day by far
    2) Colony Grill - probably the best bar pizza ive ever had
    3) Sallys Apizza
    4) BAR
    5) Frank Pepe 
    6) Zuppardi's

    Also of note, many times I have had 3 of the Frank Pepe Massachusetts location over the last few years.  For some reason, the New Haven location wasn't rated as highly with the group.  I think that the New Haven location tasted identical to any of the spots ive had in Mass, and I dont think anyone could really do a blind taste test between the OG and the chain locations and actually tell the difference.
