I chat with them yesterday asking them whats going on, i have the transcript of them saying "yes its in stock you will receive it by tomorrow at the latest" i call them asking why it hadnt shipped if im getting it today, they say oh its not available. I ask to speak to a manager and i get transferred to the biggest imbecile i have ever talked too. She's litterally yawning in the phone several times. She keeps asking me the same questions and has absolutely no clue so i just hung up. Called back and got another manager who sounded like she at least knew something and got sorry there is no stock. Yeah it's very frustrating for sure, I have dealt with them in the past over similar issues with different records (MLB release listed as purple but arrived black twice years ago stands out) I always view them as a lottery when I put in an order, maybe I will get it, maybe I won't.
