lets be honest the majority of the threads in the social media groups are boring beyond words, but i get what you say Dimitris, there is definitely a trend going there, and as its been pointed out already its largely motivated by greed - its the curse of these fucking raffles

Couldn't agree more Paul!! A lot of these buyers are definitely motivated by greed, and I don't see it letting up until people quit participating in these stupid "waffles."

Ive gotten a few posters I would have had a hard time getting otherwise so I enjoy the waffles. Best part is its all voluntary so no one ever has to participate. Its a choice and Im pro choice on this one

Ya waffles can be great if used correctly. I have 3 issues with them though. The first and most important is it is a form of gambling. People can become addicted to gambling as everyone knows and when people are dropping large amounts of money on waffles every week trying to chase that big score then they must be sacrificing in other places. Whether it be life savings/food/socializing/bills something is taking a hit. This is connected to my second problem where people are using it as a means to min a "lottery" and then a week later you see that exact same print up for sale again. While some posters do find a home to an avid collector the majority of the rare posters are resold so the winner gets to cash in as well. Rinse and repeat. The 3rd problem is that more and more people are trying to buy random posters on the drops that they normally would have no interest in to flip and get a quick profit. This is making it a lot harder for the collector to score a poster to hang on the wall.
That said it is a free world and people can do what they want with there money. Everyone knows basic math. If you think it is a great idea to drop 40$ on a waffle to get a 3.8% chance at scoring a Cracker Jack then so be it. Just do not be mad when you lose and lose again and again and again...
Back on topic though. I know flippers definitely snagged this one up but I have counted 10 people (myself included) that scored this one and actually went to the show. Add 5 more to that that I know are keeping it as a collector item. That is pretty good numbers coming from someone that does not know that many people and the fact that less then 100 were dropped.

good question. I think pins have a value of 25$ (except Denmark, sold for around 15$ at day of concert) so, 25$ is a fair price for all others in my opinion
