Blackmail is a crime.  You're saying that Stormy Daniels committed a crime?  Are you sure about that accusation?

She asked for money in exchange for her silence on an affair she was 50% a part of (compromising information).   Sounds like blackmail to me.

You folks are clouded by hatred for Trump that you can’t call out Stormy’s behavior. I even called Trump low in my post.  I still knew what the reaction would be.

 curious why Trump didn't file a police report,  isn't it? If she intended to go public but then Team Trump offered her silence money,  is that blackmail?

Are you sure she blackmailed him? Do you know that for sure?

I’m not saying it definutely didn’t happen, but I also haven’t seen anything to prove that it did. The fact that she was paid money not to talk about an affair isn’t proof of blackmail. Legal nondisclosure settlements happen all the time and there isn’t an allegation of blackmail. If I enter a nondisclosure agreement over a severance pay settlement, have I blackmailed my former employer?

Trump behaving as Trump apparently does, it’s just as likely that he had the affair and then had Cohen arrange the hush money in the way he seems to have done many times.
