I'm not a victim shamer but the picture she took with him doesn't seem to suggest that he just got done cupping her breast.  Obviously the person taking the picture would have seen it as well right?  There appear to be other people there as well.

Not saying it didn't happen...but if you were a female and it happened to you wouldn't you walk away without a picture?

Just talking about the photos and the photos only, forgive me but I didn't find anything too egregious with either picture.
the airplane photo looked to me like he wasn't even touching the women. it doesn't make it right, it's still disrespectful but not resignation worthy. he apologized, he thought it was funny.

Yeah the airplane pic was bogus.  He shouldn't have done it but he clearly wasn't touching her...and she was wearing a flak jacket so her boobs were under an inch of metal.

I still think he should resign.  Only because the climate is so severe that the respect for the office would be affected.  

I am glad that he pointed out the irony of his resignation vs Moore/Trump.
