  • Well this is an interesting article. In particular slide 14.
President Barack Obama's team often used social media to communicate with the American public. In late 2013, 38 news organizations signed a letter of complaint about the lack of access photojournalists were being granted to document public White House events.

Excuse me? Do you know who's president? Jeremiah Wright and the socialist Marxist Kenyans were frequent guests and sullied the White House. In fact, I think they ordered from Comet Pizza. Too bad we don't have pictures. I prefer sound only so I can think I'm blind and imagine the brilliance.

If the point you're trying to make is that Obama used social media frequently- you're missing the point.
The problem isn't Trump using social media, it's HOW he uses it. Just do a side by side of the tone and quality from the previous administration's use and how the current President uses it.
I'm truly embarrassed to have him as my President. Not because he's a republican or his policies. He's just a bad human being. With every President in our history, when my son asks about them, no matter the party, I can point out something positive and to be admired about them. There's none of that with this guy.

So I post this here because it immediately led me to ask, "How did to we from Obama to... you know... :frowning:  ?"
So eloquent and presidential. Quite the opposite of what we have now.
For sure!  Maybe not perfect, but about 10,000,000 times better than the current POTUS.

Imagine raising a daughter and trying to answer how it's possible that the majority of White House staffers are maxed out salary wise, after 6 months no less, and women staffers only make 80% of men. Try explaining that to your daughter. But hey, what's next? Burkhas? I think Melania modeled the Christian version in Rome. Sure, women have a future here.

  • Latest tweet from President Donald J. Trump folks.......
When Obama was President, the #MSM LOVED talking about stock market rallies! Now they barely mention new all-time-highs.
North Korea has just launched another missile. Does this guy have anything better to do with his life? Hard to believe that South Korea and Japan will put up with this much longer. Perhaps China will put a heavy move on North Korea and end this nonsense once and for all!

Someone should remind him that when Obama was president, the president of our country wasn't under criminal investigation with stories coming out every single day in the place where stock market highs would be.

I'm watching All The President's Men Revisited on MSNBC. Amazing hearing/watching what went on then and now experiencing what's happening today. The question is have we learned anything from that Watergate scandal and the answer is....NO!

Not under investigation and starting out with a horrible economy thanks largely to failed GOP 'leadership' again.

Trump starts out with a much better economy and thinks he has something to do with it.

But talking sense to Trump is like talking sense to PJFan.  Facts are opinions to them

Trump is all over selling gas if his friends get richer and more fuel gets burned.

When he finds out that it may step on Daddy Putin's toes....the retraction will happen soon.

So how badly do we think trump will embarrass us this week at the G-20?
the bar is pretty low. i imagine as long as he shows up on time his supporters will give him credit for "nailing it".

apparently trump is not going to even bring up election tampering when he meets with putin. he is a coward.

he is like that kid who talks smack on you in class and when you walk in the door he says nothing because he knows you can smack him in the mouth and he will just stand there and bleed.
Our country is at such a disadvantage...
