Obviously, we knew Barr was going to sugar-coat things. So when some of Mueller's team say that the report is worse, I believe them. Call me naive, but if Mueller really had a "smocking gun" I don't think that Barr would have just said "meh, witch hunt." I'd be stunned if this was any more than circumstantial evidence already reported that makes both sides say "see!" and, more importantly, keeps the GOP firmly all-in on Donald J.
