    Sorry to hear about your situations. Usually I try to deal with "regulars" here mostly, and I have pretty good experiences. Although I have seen deals go bad with regulars, I think that is the minority. And I hardly ever pay with F&F, unless I have dealt with the person before.

    I did friends and family cause I'm too trusting. Never again unless I have credible sources. $160 lesson ha!

    Compile a list of what was "sold" and how much it was "sold" for. Then have someone contact the local police department on behalf of the group.

    He tried to sell me the Ten Super deluxe box set in the Facebook group. I sent him $115, he gave me an excuse as to why he never shipped it and then finally sent me back $100. Still owes me $15, I let it slide. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. I will report through Paypal now as I did sent the money as goods/services not family & friends.

    He did contact me today and said he was going to send the money back. Time will tell.

    Is this the same guy from last year on these boards, that people found out his phone number and were calling his house? The guys parents were picking up the phone and then the guy freaked out asking ppl not to call his house

    As Buck mentioned earlier in this thread, everyone who was screwed should connect and submit a single report detailing all the incidents of fraud to the local police department. Let the local police contact the individual in question and do their job. This should hopefully be enough to secure all the necessary refunds.
