    probably but not 100%.  it does take 3 years to break out of the agreement so we can't actually back out until 2019.

    To me one has to believe there's something serious going on with Russia and the President. Will anything become of the investigation probably not but it will probably cripple this President to get anything done as far as his agenda. Thank goodness there's no crisis at the moment because this President acts like a teen trying hard to bring an end to his virginity.
