    In other news...

Let's vote on some wealthcare boys...no plan B. Will the House R's. get in line? Surprised if it passes? (I wont be, given the level of corruption and straight up shady behavior that this admin has shamelessly exhibited, and Congressional R's shameless willingness to ENABLE it...) If it fails miserably, is THIS the straw that pushes the OF into a public "press conference" style real-time meltdown?

"Member by member we're seeing tremendous support flow in our direction," Spicey said at Wednesday's White House press briefing with reporters. "The count keeps getting stronger for us."

When asked what would happen if the American Health Care Act does not get enough votes on Thursday to pass, Spicey said that the administration had "no plan B."

"There’s plan A and plan A," Spicey said. "We're going to get this done ... This is it. If you want to see Obamacare repealed and replaced, this is it. This is the vote."

President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and other Republican leaders are pressuring Republicans behind the scenes to vote in support of the legislation, which would largely fulfill long-held campaign promises to scrap Obamacare, President Barack Obama’s signature legislative achievement.

Spicey would not share the administration's whip count, but he pointed to two Republican legislators — Pennsylvania Rep. Lou Barletta and Iowa Rep. Steve King — who have changed their positions on the AHCA to "yes" votes. Spicer also cited the help of Trump's budget director Mick Mulvaney, formerly a member of the Freedom Caucus, who is advocating for the AHCA on the Hill.

"I am optimistic in the sense of what we're seeing and the trajectory of how this is going, the number of votes that are going our way, not the other way," Spicey said.

He added, "This is the only train leaving the station.”

I think you may be glossing over a few differences in the stories, but that's ok. You're very busy trying to blame Trump's treasonous behavior on Obama Obama Obama, so I'll cut you some slack.

Another guy who can't keep two concepts in his head at once. Behaviour by one person does not discount behaviour of another. Currently no evidence of "treason by Trump". Currently no evidence of spying conducted by Obama. All we have is the back and forth of accusations against affiliates. I am the one on here who accepts the possibility of illegal actions by both. The rest of you are singularly focused. Don't have the brain capacity to entertain ideas that run counter to your narrative. Can't compute. Can't compute. Still too damaged by the Trump victory.

And the SCOTUS pick? The one not named Merrick Garland?

Sen. Lindsey Graham on Wednesday castigated Democratic lawmakers for their treatment of President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, proclaiming of the current process that “Alexander Hamilton would be rolling over in his grave.”

Graham said senators were doing “great damage to the judiciary” by politicizing the process of Judge Neil Gorsuch’s confirmation hearing.

“We’re taking the nomination process to a place it was never intended to go by the framers of the Constitution,” (ahem...Merrick Garland) Graham said.

The South Carolina Republican lamented the questions being asked of Gorsuch and suggested his colleagues were trying to prod the nominee into taking firm stances on hot-button issues.

“If we’re going to vote against a nominee because they won’t tell us things that we want to hear about issues important to us, then the whole nominating process has become a joke,” Graham said.

That's not what makes it a joke.

Any idea why their URL ends with gov1.info? Typically I'd never trust a website like that. Unless it's icefilms.info, where you can find any movie or show you'd like :)
