thank you kindly & merry christmas to you, lolobugg. do they eat pecan pie over there in the blue rdge mnts? been thinking about this for quite some time now; i'm making it my goal to bake a pecan pie. not one single time ever in my life have i made a pecan pie; any helpful tips & suggestions are considered kind. thank you internets for videos that i am assuming will show elderly women dressed up like grandmothers (or amish) slinging out some serious pecan pies. i have heard pecan pie is one of the more expensive pies to make. is this so? i can see $20 or so in my pecan pie budget. also, as you already know, a pie's crust must be perfect. how the frigg?
