The amount of negativity here and on the fbook groups over a limited jacket is absolutely mind blowing. Staggeringly the same names can be seen in every thread expressing their disdain for it because it really is that important that their opinion is heard by everyone....They dont like it and the world has to know.

One dude even took to Crash's fbook page and lambasted the jacket. Real classy move.

Its great to know the world has so many budding graphic/clothing designers on the cusp though......

Apparently people don't realize that this has been done on baseball jerseys, jackets, etc for a hundred years!

Can you show me another jersey that has two words with no space between the two words and the zipper breaks up one of the words?

It's just a perfect storm of bad design. If they had put a space between Pearl and Jam, it would be better.....if the first four letters of Pearl on the left side had not spelled out an actual word it would be better. No I'm not a fashion designer...I just know that I did not buy this jacket solely because of how dumb the lettering looks. But it doesn't matter, they all sold out so good for Crash.

I routinely pass on the 10th offerings.

I jumped on the Sox one- the Cubs one looked nicer (but loyalties).

They are beauties. Don't let nay sayers tarnish the moment: it's what they love to do. Seriously. I mean...why would anyone spend more than a fleeting thought thinking a jacket was terrible versus taking to the net and ranting about it?

And I'd be curious to see pictures of some of the haters... just to see what they're sporting. My guess is those new fancy pants with the elastic cuff at the ankle complemented with a slick man bun.

Yeah, I feel the biggest problem isn't the zipper breakup, it is the lack of a space between the L and J.

If that's a problem. I typically tend to think of problems as other things.

This is a thread about PJ merch, specifically the sweatshirt from yesterday.....not a thread about global warming, world hunger, election candidates, hurricanes, or racial inequality.

But thanks for your poignant and astute comment.

jesus dude, 'sucking up to crash'??? people are admiring his product and his workmanship?

bit strong. and a bit over the top. But whatever.

The products Crash has put out that I own have always been far superior in quality to the great many other band merch items I have owned. They last. They keep their shape, and they wash well. Theres no sucking up about it.

Wait...you actually wear, use, and wash your merch?
It's not sealed in an airtight container and kept in a clean room with an oxygen exchanger?

    Shocking!! :dizzy:
