My vote still goes to Hartford 2013 for best poster since 2010.

    Really!!!??? Lol

No, it's the worst poster of all time.
No that goes to Vancouver 2011. Still remember seeing that when I walked into the show and saying "Are you serious?" I still bought it because I am a sucker and I buy the poster for all shows I attend. Can't imagine a shittier poster.

Can someone refresh me, what in 2010 was better than the Pitt 2013?

Purely my opinion, so I don't take offense if you disagree, Brad Klausen's Dublin 2010 poster.

In my opinion, it is the most creative poster in years (regardless of the hype and value). Also very relevant to the city. Can't see how anyone could knock it for any reason.

I don't think anyone is knocking it.
It is absolutely a great representation of the city.
Just can't understand how it got so exspensive.
  • Seems to be a rash of lunacy around this poster lately.

I think how it got so expensive is this-lunacy. Looking at the bid history, it seems it was more of a pissing contest to see who would get the poster on a couple auctions rather than true value. I like the poster but personally don't think it's worth that kind of money.

I guess it's a supply and demand issue that's causing the huge increase in price. There are obviously a tremendous amount of people interested in the poster but it rarely comes up for sale. Maybe one or two on eBay at any given time. Does anyone know the run for the Pitt Munk? How many were printed? The craze seems to have hit the Moline as well...although not to the same degree.

Don't think it's supply. 2013 all have a run of 100 A/P and I'm assuming the show print run would be the same depending on venue.
    It's got to be demand/hype.

Good point, but it doesn't always matter how many posters they made. The market is how many people are willing to sell them. There aren't many. On the other hand, it's almost universally sought after
