I'm going with Neil Young AND Pete Townsend. I just think both ate too essential to PJ'S existence, plus they're both mega-stars and having them both do it would speak to just HOW influential PJ really is

Ok, since no one else is stepping up, I'll volunteer......
Good evening Rock Stars, Music Industry Executives, and Justin Bieber. It was 1991. Poison was blaring on the radio. The song ended. The DJ announced a song from a new band. The first chords of Alive rang out.
.....to be continued.
I know I was born and I know that I'll die. The in between is mine.
PJ and the Jacket are without a doubt my 2 favorite bands. I am curious as to why some think Jim James would be a choice.
They've toured/played together and they seem to be cut from the same cloth, having the reputations of great live acts. Cameron Crowe has compared MMJ to PJ and how they play.

Cornell is one of my favorites, too. I mean, he was crucial to the band getting started. Helping ed, etc. Jack Irons would be good, too...well...he was IN the band, nevermind. Is Chris TOO close to the band? Temple, and everything? Hmm.
I'd personally like to see Pete Townshend induct the band. But it'll more than likely end up being Uncle Neil. St. Vincent is an interesting choice though... now i wanna see how that'd play out
I voted Jack White because it is usually someone younger than the ones getting voted in. Someone who used them as an inspiration when they were getting started. At least in the few that I have watched...

Yes, I knew all that. But, but none of that would leave me to believe it would be Jim James, as much as I would like that. Cameron Crowe statements will not effect the choice imo.

Here to die.
Scared alive.
Giant fan. Decent size younger star. Good terms with RRHOF after playing with Nirvana last year induction.
