Yeah, he told my wife he didn't want to take any pictures with people when she asked(which is cool), but then took a picture with two drunk young blondes that ran over right after. His girlfriend or wife turned around to us and said something like sorry, he's really drunk.

Uh, yeah they would. The White Sox "rivalry" with the Cubs is based on White Sox fans dislike for Cubs fans. It really isn't about the teams. And, in the early 90s the two teams never played each other.

Now, if he wore a Cardinals hat in the early 90s that would be a different story.

I am a Sox fan and don't hate the Cubs or their fans, except for the ones that make stupid comments like this. Do I cheer for the Cubs, no, but it'd be nice if they could pull a win sometime before another 100 years go by.

I'm the same. Die hard Sox fan but do not hate the Cubs. However, F the Twins, Indians, Tigers and Royals in no particular order.

And staying true to the thread, my good friend does the video work for the Cubs scoreboards and other things like Blackhawks TV. He showed me a sneak peak of the video homage that Theo and Eddie commissioned him to create to Go All the Way, and as a Sox fan, I will say it gave me the chills. But he didn't say if it would be used for the shows or game broadcasts.

And they played the video as Eddie sang along. How cool is that?!

He texted me during the show saying he wasn't sure if they'd run it or not.
