Right now my app says it's a 60% chance of scattered storms. I'm voting for the 40%

The latest useless update seems to point to our best-case scenario: Storms during the day Saturday, tapering off by night time. Monday looks golden all day.

Pearl Jam fans paid their Wrigley weather dues in 2013. Both the band and the crowd deserve some luck with the forecast this time around. Hope it happens for you guys.

It's far too early to look at the forecast yet. Where I live, last Friday's forecast indicated we were supposed to have cooler weather (82 degrees) and tons of rain this past weekend. There was even a flash flood watch issued.

It rained for approximately 5 minutes all weekend and the high on Sunday was 94.

The only people we should try to get even with...
    ...are those who've helped us.

Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.

When I lived in Chicago, they always said "if you don't like the weather, wait five minutes." Here's hoping that if it DOES rain, there's no lightning to pair with it... THAT would be the bigger concern.

    Dear Pearl Jam,

Maybe next album you call "Clear Skies" instead of "Lightning Bolt"? ;-)

Lastest run is storms Friday night into Saturday afternoon. Wind switch expected late in the day Saturday, so what will start in mid 80's/humid, will turn much cooler when wind shift takes place late in afternoon. We won't get the severe stuff that delayed the show in 2013, but it may be soggy until 6:00ish. More to come later in the week.

Weathermen take such a beating. I speak from experience. :) Things are coming into focus a bit with the a cold front currently forecast to sweep through overnight Fri into Sat. Showers/possible scattered storms ahead of the front, drier air behind it. Stay optimistic my friends... The computer models can change a lot between now and Saturday.

By the way Monday looks high and dry with a big area of high pressure parking over the upper midwest.

Cubs arent home for a while, I would think that if for some reason, we got weather like we did this past friday they would just move the show to Sunday, but we will cross that bridge when we get there
