i didnt want to click on this because its kinda pointless to look that far in advance anyway, but i dont think any of us are worried about the actual rain and getting wet.. but to fly a few hours and risk 2013 all over again is a little scary, i dont think hey will be able to pull the monumental strings to extend the concert again since there is a second show monday night. would suck to have a shortened show, or worse. fingers crossed.

Won't be like 2013 nycrats. It was 97 degrees before the storms hit. It was the lightening (bolt..couldn't resist), that caused the delay. Theo has clout around Wrigleville, so if needed, the curfew will be extended. No worries...

The weather forecast is shapeshifting more often than Hillary Clinton. At least Monday is looking good for the moment.

Thunderstorms all day and evening on Saturday. Very familiar to 2013.

You can't make this stuff up.

I'm going to try not to get nervous about weekend weather until Thursday's forecast. Yesterday, it seemed they were forecasting rain to be moving out by evening. Today, it seems a little uglier. I'll take a deep breath and check in with Tom Fucking Skilling Thursday.

    So a few questions...
What time do you think Pearl Jam would take the stage under ideal weather conditions?
    What time is Wrigley curfew?
Is Sunday an option if weather is just horrible on Saturday?
If it's just raining with no lightning, will we be good to go?

Starting to get a little concerned they are going to move Wrigley 1 to Sunday. Would that even be a possibility? I hope not as myself and many others aren't able to stay in CHI and make both shows. Praying for a forecast change.

WTH? Really? Why would they do that?

if the weather is dangerous they would probably think about it. Just rain probably not.

Latest runs not good. Rain for sure. Question is t-storms or not. If t-storms, same as 2013. Since it's a Saturday night, curfew could be extended. If it's flooding rains, Cubs won't want the field ruined. Sunday is a possibility, but still to early to tell at this point.

Yes latest model runs not looking promising w/storms possible ahead of the front. Moisture in good supply. But hey, still time for things to change for the better!

As I've said earlier: If they had a show in 2013, they'll have a show this time around. It just might be a pain in the ass again.
