Hillary and Barack didn't leave them to die once the attack took place, but they did leave them unnecessarily exposed when there were clear indications not to. No, it's about having some sense of standards and understanding historical context vs politicizing every event. I guess it's easy to cast judgment if your frame of reference is 8 years or you get your limited news from the right wing echo champber, but when you extend it out and look at how other president's have performed under similar circumstances, well then the answer isn't quite as black and white.

That was a terrible incident that goes "on the record." My question is - what did Hillary do that's come close to that? Her ledger is imbalanced.

1. Hillary is the one that strong armed China and Russia to back the sanctions that eventually led to the JPOA. it's impossible to over-estimate how important this was and it was the very straw that broke Iran.
2. START treaty ratification
3. Negotiated Gaza cease fire
4. Osama Bin Laden's death (hard to know which cabinet member did what, admittedly, on this one)
5. Began the process for normalization of relationships with Cuba.

These quick answers are limited to time as Sec'y. That's not addressing SCHIP, Pediatric Research Equity law, the money she secured for NY after 9/11, etc. Her record of public service certainly exceeds Trump's.
