I went to the 9/11 Kitchner and 9/12 London shows. I really liked the intimacy of the small hockey arena in Kitchner. The boys seemed amped up to play a smaller venue. Loved the set list and had a great time meeting all of the people from the board.

I was at the Toronto show and it was a night I will never forget. The crowd seemed to love every minute of it and hearing the crowd chant along with "Alive" gave me goose bumps.
I have most of the boots, but the only show I was able to get to was Kitchner. Smaller arena, great crowd...I really like the vibe of the crowd. The band seemed to feed off it as well.
They were all good...wish I got to more
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to
slide in sideways, BBQ sandwich in one hand, cold beer in the other,
body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "Woo Hoo what a
ride"!

Can I throw in my vote for Saskatoon? Granted, it was the only show I went to and (I believe) the only show to not sell out, but it was the best concert I've ever been to. Without question.
I loved how small the venue was in Kitchner. Great people too. Meeting up with everyone from the boards in the hotel bar before the show was awesome!

AMAZING poster from Hamilton too - one of my favourites ever.
Pearl Jam trojan horse - they are disguised as Americans in the horse! It's awesome
too bad I wasn't smart enough to buy one. I've got every poster since though

In 2005 I only managed to get to the Kitchener and Toronto shows. For me, Kitchener was one of the best Pearl Jam shows I've ever been to. The bootleg really doesn't convey the kind of energy the crowd brought to such a tiny arena. The place was crazy and the band was really feeding off of it. I haven't been to many shows that have had that much energy, though I'm sure some of the other small arena shows on the tour were similar.
The Ottawa show may have produced the best bootleg from the Canadian tour, but from what I understand the crowd was dead (typical for Ottawa). Other shows certainly had better setlists, but Kitchener remains special to me. That crowd loved the band and it made the evening something to remember. In many ways I think Vancouver 2011 will be the same as Ottawa 2005; an amazing bootleg but when you read the reviews it seems the crowd was simply lackluster.
Halifax was awesome, just heard the bootleg from that show this week, and it was incredible....Hamilton was unreal as well, the opening with Porch...surreal energy....both great setlists
