Question re: actual set lists

I assume most everyone follows PJ on facebook, Instagram, etc... after every show, we get a candid pic of the venue, merch, whatever with a written set list. Does anyone know.... who takes the pic and writes the actual set list? Do they ever get out into the collecting world? I can't be the only person who would think to scout around the venue after the show, looking for the person doing this, right? Just curious.... that would be an interesting collectible for a show I was at.

I'm going to guess it's the photographer, not sure who it is this tour. People have the setlists from the other band members and these get out.
