Wasn't there, but saw the periscope. Great show. Thought they were making a good run at hitting the level of philly 2 after that amazing first set, but it mellowed out and got a bit more standard after that...not that they didn't have some real gems in there later. Ed's voice was definitely struggling in spots tonight which is understandable. Philly 2 still holds the crown for best show in my opinion. It'll be interesting to see what they come up with tomorrow night, cause that first set was near flawless.

As if Im following a concert setlist online as it happens instead of living my life. Is this how crazy it has become for this band?

Same, and watching it live on periscope
Gotta enjoy it while we can. Probably won't be another rock band this good in our life time.
    It's a hopeless situation...

I like avocado, but that'd be kind of a buzzkill for such a highly anticipated show. The older albums work cause they're full of classics that everyone loves.

Man I just listened to the Doobie Bros song on Apple Music. I can't even imagine why they played it or what it even sounded like. Bizarre.

I think he said it was a request from a guy called Jack.

    At all 3 as well

    Philly 2

    Philly 1

Not saying much because all 3 were incredible. But Philly 2 will be hard to beat for a while.

Last night was amazing. It's like they played every song i wanted to hear (Rats, Lukin, Hail Hail, Whipping, In Hiding, Man of the Hour).

I will say this though. 6 shows now. 5 have closed with Indifference and 1 with RITFW. Indifference sort of gets old and isn't the best way to close a show tbh.

they should break out the unreleased tracks from Avocado to celebrate its anniversary. they already played it front to back in 2006.
