One of the greatest musicians we'll see in our lifetime. Mastered like 18 instruments

I remember at the RRHOF he out solo'ed all those other legends on guitar. Just owned it. RIP

That is one of the greatest videos ever....legends (and a legend's son) and capped with an absolutely amazing solo. He was really underrated as a guitar player

Some years ago Eric Clapton was asked how it felt to be the worlds greatest guitarist.

His response " I don't know. Ask Prince"

Very sad.. I'm honored that I was able to see him about 10 years ago here in Seattle. The ultimate talent and pro!

This is just awful. I hope he passed away peacefully.

What a sucky year for talented musicians. :(

Dearly beloved we are gathered here today to get thru this thing called life. Electric word life it means forever but that's a mighty long so I'm here to tell you: there's something else. The afterworld. A world of neverending happiness, where you can always see the sun, day or night...

PJ, please play a tribute to Prince!

So horribly sad and such a loss. One of the top ten shows/performers I ever saw. Had the best super bowl performance. Hope PJ honors him some how tonight. Foo Fighters have an awesome Darling Nikki. RIP Prince

  • After watching Prince unleash in the video posted above, 'while my guitar gently weeps" would be an amazing tribute and Mike could just take off on another plane.Prince was incomparable for sure.gone too soon.
