The hand embellishment is pretty cool - I must admit. That being said, the Feldman prints just don't do it for me as I find the spy vs spy/plague mask thing to be too creepy to hang in my house.
FULL DISCLOSURE: Yes, I still bought a copy at the Wrigley show because I am a slave to Pearl Jam merchandise.0 -

I wonder what the economics of the posters are for the artists. Are the APs and variants the way they really make money and they don't make anything on the show prints?gnaztee said:
It's the dude's livelihood, he looks like he's having a blast doing it, and people are willing to pay. Why would that bother you? You don't have to buy any of it.ski-bum said:

SOME artist learn how to soak us for every penny
I Can't blame everyone else for doing the same.
Feldman first sold 1/12 of the Vedder prints. Then the next day, three more colors of 12 prints each.
Then he sold variants of his variants of the Wrigley posters. Really!0 -

Variants and APs are where the BULK of their money is made although I believe Brad said that artists typically get something small when they are contracted to do the show editions. He also said that compared to other bands, Pearl Jam takes care of the artists they use.0

If you're friends with EMEK on Facebook, he'll sometimes post the ridiculous offers he gets verbatim, sans identifiable info of the band/management. Even more ridiculous than some of the low ball offers he gets are the time frames that some of the people expect the posters to be designed, printed, and shipped in before the show(s).droptheleash9 said:Variants and APs are where the BULK of their money is made although I believe Brad said that artists typically get something small when they are contracted to do the show editions.
