    I'm not sure there's less kraft paper. I measured what came on mine, and it is 24"x36" with a five inch fold at the bottom to cover the lower portion of the print, which leaves three inches on the sides of the print when centered and seven on the top. The issue may be that the tube is four inches wide which is allowing the print to slide around due to a lack of tension with the inner surface of the tube. Mine arrived with the print still centered in the kraft paper for whatever that's worth.
    Mine just arrived mint. FedEx dude didn't ask for any money so I guess I will be expecting a FedEx bill in the mail to pay for customs, as usual. :/ The print was pretty firm, centered, with no sliding inside the tube.

    I don't think it was close, the Thomas is really the only good Boston one, the Chicago ones are all pretty decent in my mind, except the eagle, of course it's all subjective.

    I really only liked the Faile subway print for Chicago. Of the Boston prints I liked Shuss, Eaton, Ames Green Monster, and while I don't go apeshit over the Thomas poster like everyone else, I do think it's good. So yeah, Boston wins imo.

    That's similar to what happened to my print, though not quite as bad as yours. I didn't email them about it. If they had crumpled up some paper on both ends this wouldn't have happened. It forces the edge to dent when the tube drops on one end or the other the way they packaged it.
