If it is true that people are getting shutout of Boston while others are winning both the system is broken simple as that.
The only logical explanation would be that 1 night has a lot more tickets then another if that isn't true then I agree.
There was clearly a greater demand for Night 1.
This...... I'm baffled how I scored for night 1, but not night two.
I'm not complaining, but I don't understand.
Good luck in the public onsale. Sorry you missed out.
...poor you? Many of us were shut out of both/all nights...clearly "lottery" ...win some, lose some...some won both/all, some lost some/all....
All I'm saying is I would have thought the opposite would happen, that Friday would sell out 1st being the more popular night.
I'm very lucky to have scored a show. If my comment came across as complaining or being ungrateful, that was not my intent.
I hear ya ;-) I'm just a bit inconsolable right now and may come off a bit aggressive, myself. Though I'm sad, I'm pumped that my favorite band is playing in the happiest place on earth and still hopeful I'll find a way onto the field somehow. SO, good on ya for getting your tix :-)
Caught a bolt of lightening...cursed the day he let it go....
How is that possible with people winning one of the shows with their second priority? Doesn't that mean everyone for Fenway should at least win their first priority?
Wrigley second night GA! Glad I took the chance. Got shut out on their entire last tour, and these are my first Ten Club tickets, or tickets to any Pearl Jam show where I haven't been in an upper deck or otherwise FAR from the stage.

Another explanation is a lot more people put night 1 as 1st priority, so nobody got night 1 as 2nd, but some folks got night 2 as 2nd. I think this is what happened. basically more entries for night 1 1st priority than tickets, so some folks lose as 1st priority, everyone with 2nd and later loses. For night 2, less 1st priority entries than tickets so all with night 2 as 1st priority win and then a percentage of those with night 2 2nd priority also win.

FENWAY - So the explanation(until proven otherwise) is if you put in for night #2 with FIRST CHOICE you WON as there was enough tickets for everyone. Night #1 had more demand then tickets so some people lost. Then the lottery moves to second selections for #2 as everyone got filled with first priority - once again NOT enough tickets for everyone for night #2 with second selections. The lottery doesn't look at if you won tickets with first selection its just comparing 2nd selections to 2nd selections so its possible for a person to win the lottery twice and others none.

Keep the faith, there are a lot of good people on this forum, and also the public onsale.

No. Not everyone could win night 1 as first choice then night 2 as a second choice could have been 25% or so. They should have gave people that missed on first choice first crack at night 2 for their second voice tho
