I like Cam. He is about as far away from Jordan as can be possible. You obviously never saw Michael.mcrok said:Cam is the Jordan of football. Ive been saying this since Auburn. Amazing all the haters...i guess losers will always hate winners. Always been that way. Sit back and enjoy the greatness losers.
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.0 -
Not sure what you mean by "as far away".... But it's true, yu can't compare Cam to Jordan at this pointEdsonNascimento said:

Let's make a traditional of naming our kids Chosencincybearcat said:

Leaping into the crowd is a tradition, and has been for years. Dancing for a long time after a touchdown is not a tradition, it's showboating. And people wouldn't care about it that much if they ever called him for it, as they make the call on every other team for doing much less.cincybearcat said:I'm really not sure what's not to like about Cam Newton. Unless you are old fart funhater.
And I'm not a panthers fan, but seriously, why all the hate? Packers fans hating on him makes me laugh the most. Leaping into the crowd is fine but damn if you smile and enjoy winning another way you are a tool. Stupid people finding reasons to hate winners, Americas pastime.
Now again, I don't mind the dancing. The thing to not like about Cam Newton is naming his kid "Chosen"
PS I'm a diehard packer fan so I felt the need to respond to that.
Or are you a fun hater?0 -

plus don't act like it's just the packers that do it, we just made it famous. It's not a penalty for anybody else either:

excessive dancing has always been a penalty. Lambeau leap has never been one.Post edited by ehbacon on0 -

The difference is that Cam does it all the time. If he dabbed once and we never saw it again then cool, no one would care, but it's constant. You're the QB, you're supposed to be the leader and set a good example. Stealing fan's flags and jerseys, naming your kid Chosen and wearing cleats with your personal achievements is a joke and icing on the cake as to why I can't stand him. I'm looking forward to getting to the office in the morning and hearing all the excuses.
Here we go Steelers!0 -
Man I'm glad I'm not a gambler, I was thinking Carolina on this one! Good job, PeytonI'm like an opening band for your mom.0

Well I think generally your thoughts are stupid, I agree with 1 thing...JDime20 said:The difference is that Cam does it all the time. I've heard a lot worse baby names than that. It doesn't bother me, seems like the norm nowadays.ehbacon said:why hasn't anyone addressed the "Chosen" thing? You must admit how terrible that is.

In the area I live no one names their kids John or Mary anymore. "Chosen" would actually be considered boring.ehbacon said:why hasn't anyone addressed the "Chosen" thing? You must admit how terrible that is.

You would think that after 4 years of living and working in Colorado with over 300 craft breweries that he would know better by now.cincybearcat said:
