2013 Seattle 12/3 Double Variant Riot Act Poster - possibly for sale

We have been holding on to one of the 5 or 6 (?) posters from the Seattle show that were randomly put in to the poster tubes at the concert that night. We didn't realize we had it for several months because we just kept our original $30 poster in it's tube for safekeeping. Months after the show we pulled out the poster we thought we bought that night and realized there were two posters in the tube, one was the double variant D*FACE Riot Act posters. It's in mint/near mint condition since it's only been taken out of the tube twice.

In trying to research it a little, it seems they've sold for quite a bit in the past. We're thinking about parting with it but don't have experience with rare PJ posters. Would there be much interest in it if we sell it? Trying to gauge the interest before we try to figure out how to sell it or if we should just put it back in it's tube. I'd appreciate any help. I forgot to mention that I'd be willing to trade this poster for a 1993 Frank Kozik poster of Neil Young, Pearl Jam, Blind Melon when they played at the Gorge at George, WA. Kind of random, but I've always wanted that poster.
