    I had no problems cancelling and resubmitting my picks about 30 mins ago.
    Sounds like either an issue with your credit card company, or you are failing to enter some required information in one of the fields, and it won't validate, which causes the error message.

    Oh that's interesting. First report of someone that did it recently and succeeded.

    The same issue happens with many people, so I doubt it'd be a bank problem.

    Have tried several different debit/credit cards and it's not because of missing information.

    When I tried to order something on here the other day, my German cc, which usually works on here, was not working either. I called the cc company and they said everything is fine. This was before the ticket stuff. I wonder if something changed in the cc settings for the website.

    Btw. your CC does get charged $1 every time you try and get that forsaken red "Error".

    Does it get charged or just show up in pending?

    Ah, pending. Some people had reported CC being blocked after trying too many times.

    Have you tried different browsers and clearing cookies?

    It's strange that it is working for some people and not others. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

    I've tried entering wrong/missing CC info just to see what happens and I get completely different error messages.

    I just got an email from 10 C saying the same thing as JV2410 in the post above. I am so glad to have the acknowledgement. It makes me feel a little better.

    Same thing last night and today,but just tried from my phone and it worked finally!! 10c responded to me this am and said to restart computer and flush cache, so they are responding. Keep trying.
