Help me please - trouble with ticket lottery

I tried to edit my ticket selections and kept getting an "error" message in red. I tried on both my iPad and desktop and tried with a different credit card too. It will not finalize my selection when I hit the "submit" button. Any suggestions?

    I am getting the exact same error tried different computers, credit cards, no idea what is wrong.

    I wonder if there is a technical problem with the system. Do you think if we post this question on "The Porch" more people will see it and respond?

    More people would see and respond. If you are trying to edit your ticket choices, did you first cancel out the order then resubmit? Say for instance, you want Lexington Reserved instead of Lexington GA as your first choice for pick number one. You have to cancel out all of Lexington and resubmit to get it to register that way. If you haven't done that, try it. It may resolve your issue.

    In other words, you can't edit a ticket order. You just need to cancel and resubmit.

    Thank you for the response. Yes, I did try to cancel the whole thing and re-submit. When I went to finalize my choices and hit the submit button the second time I received and error message and it would not let me do it again. I am going to try this on "The Porch". Thank you again!

    same thing for me. I cancelled and tried to resubmit and that is when I got the error.

    I'm having the exact same problem. I cancelled my original order then tried to re-do it with different shows selected and just get the generic "Error" text without any additional info.

    I emailed the 10C tickets address last night and they did respond, but said restart computer, different browser, etc.

    I've tried with 2 different laptops (using Firefox, Chrome and IE on both) as well as my iphone and get the same thing every time. I've also tried 3 different credit cards.

    It's got to be a system issue.

    Maybe edit the thread title to make it a bit clearer what is going on. This way, your thread, which is a little different than all the people who do not seem to find the search function and just make a thread for all the stuff you can find answers for in the other threads, could get a bit more attention.

    Maybe call Tenclub?!

    The FAQ said something about deleting browser history and trying again???
  • I am having the same issue. I have tried on multiple computers. I was able to cancel my selections and resubmit a few days ago. But I tried it this morning and I am getting an error when I try to resubmit.

    This isn't good... I have to re-do my selections.
    What's exactly happening? Is it keeping your original selections or is it wiping out your original selections and still not letting you enter new ones, therefore you have no entry for the lottery?

    So do your original selections still show up on your ticket page or do you have no selections now?

    It totally cancels all of your selections and you have no way to re-submit your request for more tickets. It keeps giving you an error message. My husband is really mad at me now!

    That's not good! I guess I will leave mine for now just to make sure that I have something in the system. hopefully they will fix this on Monday morning.

  • Having the same issue tried clearing browser and used different comps and still get error. If anyone has a fix let me know please
  • I'm glad (well bummed) it's not just us! We've tried different browsers, different valid cards, triple checked for errors, made sure the TOS box was checked, even put my phone number down so there wasn't a blank field, nothing! I've sent off two different messages to 10C support but not expecting anything on a Sunday afternoon. :bawling:
