Not to waste anyone's time but just kinda curious on the value of a few items I have. We are buying our first house and may liquidate a few pieces.

- Band signed avocado cd fold out style
- wrigley card - George Webb

May have some other things around but if you have any insight that would be awesome :)

not sure on avo, but webb used to be around $100, demand may have dropped since then, haven't seen many ppl looking for the wrigley cards, but I'm not sure.
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

interest in the Webb card did take a minor dive but its still seldom seen so anyone wanting it will still not see many for sale. Id say $100 could still be obtained, or possibly $80.

The Cd - was it one of the ones from the pre launch party? Boom tended to sign on the back? Id pitch that at around $250 based on recent ebay auctions

Congrats on the house! On the signed CD, last March the 10Club sold a band signed Benaroya CD on ebay for $531. Here's that listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-PEARL-JAM-LIVE-AT-BENAROYA-HALL-BAND-AUTOGRAPHED-CD-/251867314406?ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:US:1123

Might give you some idea. Apologies but no clue on the Webb card. Also, if you have the EV Wallet with signed pick and decided to liquidate that...give me a shout! :)

    Good luck!

Thank you everyone! :) the cd fold out is actually all signed on the front.. I had no idea it was worth so much. I love it but I'm torn between putting some dough together or keeping material things.. :(

I also have a kong in mint shape too but man so hard to consider letting that go.. I feel like I'd regret selling this stuff

yeah that's absolutely true but you have to factor in the tenclub premium that those items attract.

Extremely good point, Paul. Sorry for not factoring that in, tinz.

I hear what you're saying about selling your stuff and have had a couple of times I went through the same thing. My thinking was that if selling some stuff truly made a difference between getting/doing something you needed and not being able to afford it...sell it. If you regret it too much there's often opportunities to reaquire down the road (even if it is at a higher price).

If the money you make doesn't put you over the top and you're not 100% sure you want to sell it...keep it. You should always be able to sell stuff quickly if it comes to it.
