Latest section from the big sale, each cd available is listed below with a corresponding link to the PJcollectors database so it is clear which Cd is being offered. Please note prices are pretty firm, and shipping is dependant on location and service selected. As ever this is a very very good friend of mine, and I assure anyone interested that they are dealing with a professional here

Any questions please ask. Items sold are marked as such and the list will be regularly updated. To reserve/buy items please just send me a PM or if you have my email please feel to contact me there (please remember mine is yahoo and not gmail - anyone using gmail might experience a slight delay in hearing back as I don't have access to that account and they have to be forwarded to me).

Many thanks in advance

Does a Live on Two Legs North American CD purchased back in 1998 really fetch $80 from collectors? That's incredible .....

Without doubt yes. This isn't a shop bought version - more a very rare record label promotional version in die cut sleeve

Wow, it is like there is a whole other dimension of crazy I didn't know about. At least artwork can be appreciated. Who the hell wants to go check out a friend's CD collection?

I completely agree. It's the same music that's on my $10 CD, why would anyone pay exorbitant sums of money for such a product?

With that being said, if I had such products, and some one (apparently many people) were willing to pay hundreds/thousands! of dollars for them - I'd be selling them too :)

    Be well, everyone

These are the thoughts of non collecting people. This will never make sense to people who don't collect or who appreciate rare items.,

You could buy a Mickey Mouse ornament for £20 or £500 - they are both Mickey Mouse - they even look almost identical but one is more rare.

You could buy a glossy Star Wars print for $5 or one with the same characters on from a well known artist silk screened for $300. They are ostensibly the same graphic.

You can buy a Mona Lisa replica or a banksy replica or pay millions / tens of thousands for the originals ... Is this so hard to understand ?

Rare items hold a premium. That's why they sell. Questioning it on this basis whilst naturally making sense to those subjectively, but step back and consider things as they appeal to the market they are aimed at and you might be enlightened
  • Even I think some of it is crazy but do ALL yourselves a favor and look up the FREAK promo CD. It is one of the coolest promos I've seen. Rarely do you see one come up for sale. This one offered here is the only one for sale in the last two years publicly.

Bump for my appreciation of the fact that the person whose stuff you're selling sought these out like a real collector when most like myself had no idea they even existed. Impressive for sure.

Some of it sought out in the days before ebay too....collecting is easy now compared to back then when it revolved around record collector magazine and fairs
