I was alone and far away when I heard the band start playing!

...I was always a DeadHead, but when I first heard Winston Rodney, aka the Burning Spear, sing, I became a SpearHead too!

    Nick was a much loved and respected member of the rock and roll touring community. There might be people on this board who knew him or of him but were not aware of what happened to him.

    As my mother used to say.....if you don't have anything nice to say you probably shouldn't say anything at all.

    This attack really does hit an even softer spot than usual because it was at a concert, I must admit. I feel for the first time like they hit my own territory, you know? While not trying to downplay other terrible events, this one lands just a bit closer to home for me.

    They didn't post any new informations on their Facebook or Twitter since friday night.
    It might mean that their is more casualties (I hope not).

    They are probably shattered and devastated by everything that happened. I feel just like PJ_Soul. Everything about this is just plain horrible. May he rest in peace and his family and friends find some kind of consolation at one point.
