How much would you pay for a BLACKIE? I'd have to say no more than $400? That's just me that's all I could ever afford or be willing to pay for any poster. I went to the show (as well as the other two missing link shows), so I really do want it. I think it would look badass next to Cleveland 98. Really curious what you all would pay for it.

last one sold I think for around $3200.

Was offered one last year at $1400/1500 but I forget the exact price, couldn't afford at the time, so a good pal out west picked it up. Seems there can be quite the variety in pricing.

Personally I really like the poster, but with bills to pay, shows to see, Christmas coming etc I couldn't get close to the asking price sadly.

Looks like it sold. I wonder how much?
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

I wouldn't pay $3500 for Blackie's original sketch. Nothing against the artwork, but that's just too damn much money.

It shows as unsold on my app. He just ended the listing. Unless he made a deal for it outside of ebay.

I'm sure he was very classy and not condescending at all.

LOL! You obviously know this guy!!! I PM'd with him about possibly buying his poster, which a few here know is my holy grail, and thanks to input from fellow fans/friends I decided against buying it based on cautionary tales of sales past. After I declined I rec'd an off the wall reply. He's fucking crazy.

$5,000 for a poster is delusional....

You can buy an original Picasso for $5,600

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Oil-Painting-on-Canvas-Pablo-Picasso-/272019658252?hash=item3f55a2960c:g:hcoAAOSwT5tWI0ZH

The best part of this Picasso listing is that there's a $5600 painting and then you see:

    Shipping: $10 Economy Shipping.

    LOL.

As crazy as it is, let's face it, what some have invested in pieces of vinyl is also pretty crazy (myself included!). Whatever a buyer will pay I guess.

Posters values are based on what people will pay for them. An original London after midnight movie poster sold for $470,000 a few years back. A consumer based marked

I know the person who owned this exact poster new, shipped from the artist. He tore the poster getting it out of the tube from the artist, ripped about 20% off it off Id say, it was in two separate pieces.....so his "Very Good" designation his a complete lie.....that's one hell of a repair job.....good luck to whoever bought this one if indeed someone made a deal for it.

I got so excited the other day when I got the "New items matching 'Pearl Jam Missing Link'" notification on my phone. Was hoping it was Pittsburgh. My tax return was deposited that same morning so I was ready to pull the trigger but it was the Blackie.

LOL...true. If it said Rosemont Horizon on it then it would be worth every penny of $5000 ;)

Exactly! Worth a couple $K for me.

Although All State might be one of longest running arena/stadium name sponsorships in the area (Please no one say "Wrigley").

If you look in the October 9 closely on the fixed version you can definitely see the repair job. But if you literally were not looking at very inch of this poster, you'd never tell.
