    The scuttlebutt is that the lack of a spring show may foreshadow a summer stop at Fenway.

    I'll take Fenway in summer! Been discussed so long now must of blocked it out/read right over it.

    I've gotten my hopes up before and been disappointed. Honestly though, I don't see any other scenario where skipping Boston (and potentially Hartford, too) makes sense. I think it's on.

    Me too. There will be a mass show if the northeast is hit. Boston hasn't been played since 2010, Great Woods since 2008. Personally I hope they don't play Fenway, it's a shit venue for music.

    I have never understood the fascination with Fenway for concerts. The garden and Mansfield are far superior. Plus, I would rather use ticketmaster over ticketsnow anyday

    Agreed. I've been to one before and it's horrible, aside from just being a cool venue. Sound is awful and 90% of the seats are so far away

    Pearl Jam show @ the Garden would be sweet. But if they do this time, I hope to GOD they sell Pearl Jam x Boston Bruins jerseys.

    I did both Mansfield '08 shows. Those were great. As for this rumored Fenway Park show next year. That will probably happen. Fans want to see them play baseball fields.

    Although there are pitfalls of the dcu center, I thought the sound was much better than the last few shows at the garden, and the smaller size was nice too.

    I understand the Fenway hate however for foo fighters and petty I was minus 20 rows and sound was superb! Spend the $ on seats and you will be happy.

    Garden I dislike from all areas. Sound seems tinny and mufffled.

    DCU I thought was great. Again minus 20 and also nosebleeds and sounds was good.

    I thought they wouldn't be back at greatwoods after 03'. But the two nights in 08' were amazing. I think the recent October tour schedule keeps them away from greatwoods.

    I'm not sure what prevents decent sound at the garden, but generally I find it bad.

    It's interesting that I like dcu because of the sound and size, yet I want a Fenway show badly.
