Can someone fill me in on what has happened since 3pm yesterday?

    Nothing, haha
150+ new posts and nothing? alrightythen..
Nothing of significance atleast. Basically, ticketmaster maps are popping up on various venues, we all know a tour is coming, and a general idea of when and where the shows will be, just waiting for it to be officially announced.

Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale have seating charts for "Pearl Jam" posted on their ticketmaster pages, and considering the band hasnt played the venues in ages, its safe to assume those 2 atleast are guaranteed.
    Thanks

Nothing against Albany, but how can they pass up Hartford? The last 3 shows there (08, 10, and 13) were all amazing. Great shows, great crowds. I'm sure the band just goes where they are told, but if they had a choice, I'd hope they pick Hartford. Also because I already have a room at the Hilton, ha!

My vote is for Hartford as well but I do think this time around Albany will be just as good. It's still a Friday night show and the closest to New England the band is gonna get on this leg of the tour. Circle that show in regardless of what city ends up getting it.

Yes- I hear that some of the dates are locked and the band has cast a wide web of holds early may- mid may
looking forward to an official announcement. but zero info on when that will be.
    Bring It!!!

Just to add to the speculation. I did hear last night that the tour is still in the planning stages. Many holds and very few confirms at this point. New England "area" early to mid may.....is happening.

I don't doubt at all that's what you heard, and it falls in line with the rumoured Hartford date of May 6. I do think however, due to the fact seating charts popped up on ticketmaster yesterday, the tour is farther along than "planning stages" right now.

Based on the schedule there isn't enough time to do both. Buffalo on the 5th, Hartford or Albany on the 6th and then off to Canada for their first show on the 8th.

I bet they have a preferred venue which has a possible conflict, and they put a hold on the other venue so they don't miss out on a friday night show.

Also, there are a lot of "major concert announcement tomorrow!" tweets by radio stations the day before a tour announcement. None reported thus far.

I doubt they have a clue what the record will be like. When you have five songwriters in the band I doubt an email was sent out telling everyone to write songs like it was 1994 again. Bloggers write what they want and not what they hear.

From what i read 8 tracks have already been laid down and security at the door where they rehearse is very tight. Guess we will find out when the album comes out.

I won't be specific but I do know at least one venue is correct on the list which, along with other evidence, suggests that others may be also. In addition, that same venue lists PJ as a spring 2016 act. That doesn't mean the suggested date is wrong, just not in stone as of when the calendar was generated.

    Prepare yourselves accordingly

Seems established that multiple venues from the list are correct at this point.

Do we know anything about Miami v Ft. Lauderdale/Sunrise? there seems to be a bunch of talk that both are locks for the tour opener, however I cannot envision them playing two arenas 25-30 miles apart. if the demand is there, they would simply play two shows at one arena rather than go through the cost and effort to set-up/tear-down at both. That makes no sense.

Maybe the reason for the delay is they are trying to figure out how to schedule a Houston show
