I don't have twitter, so I'll "tweet" this here:

I've heard that the Twins are "talking to PJ" about a date in August.

Who am I? Just a guy who knows someone who would be in a position to know.

At the football, or baseball stadium?

I'm from Winnipeg, this is basically a, "hometown show" for us.
Fellow Winnipegger here, and also a Viking season ticket holder. If this rumour turns out to be true, I may be selling some Fenway tickets...
Dibs! lol just kidding (but not really)

I just can't see them selling out a huge football stadium except for maybe in the nyc area.

I think they could sell out Coors Field in Denver.

Thanks to modern day ticket bots, I think that they can.

I am too lazy to do a search so please forgive me if this has been discussed but is it at all possible that we see pearl jam support for guns n roses stadium shows over the summer?

    God no.
It's not my dream by any means but If this happens would you go?
    More than likely. Lol.

Based on GNR ticket prices I don't think I could afford to go. Plus, I've seen Slash twice with Myles Kennedy singing and that was far better than any show with 2016 Axl.
Myles Kennedy with Slash is awesome and you don't have to wait till midnight for them to play.

It would be cool for me if the Missoula, Seattle, Portland, Gorge, Boise came true. I have always wanted to try a multi show run, but it has never been in the cards living out west. Airfare is extreme

Had they not booked two nights at Wrigley this year, they could've easily sold out Soldier Field this year in Chicago.

I used to think that there would only be the shows that are announced and then they would add shows for later in the year.

Now if I were pressed, I'd say they'll add some shows in between open dates and then add shows in the fall.

Shaping up to be a weird cool year.

I always took their statement in the first tour announcement that "pearl jam will play a series of dates from April to August" literal. I took that to mean more dates coming during that time frame but nothing before or after. In the fall Ed will be following the cubs around. Not on tour. I'm not expecting anything after August.
