Well that piece of paper solidifies it for me. #tourisdefinite

I just hope that this gnr/pearl jam tour doesn't conflict with any of Pherrell's rumored dates. I've been on his and Ryan seacrests forum nonstop lately

really looking forward to Ed and Axl's duet on November Rain
Axl was actually charted as the vocalist with the widest vocal range in recorded history apparently. The highest high was Mariah Carey, don't remember the lowest octave tho.

They'll kill November rain- slash and Mike trading licks will destroy your brain
I can feel my face melting already
That's the enthusiasm we need. Attaboy.

According to Google maps it is 185 miles - road trip. I don't know how they calculate the 100 mile radius. If it is as the crow flies maybe but I doubt it.

3 years ago Mumford & Sons played Atlanta and then Bonnaroo the very next day; no they weren't the headliner that day, but I think the proximity rule is more for the undercard acts, with headliners writing their own rules.

And Bonnaroo is 6/9-6/12, maybe part of this delay is to move ATL and maybe even Nashville to dates pre 4/9, problem sovled?

    @ Consequence of Sound

From The Cure, to Pearl Jam, to Ween, some of the world's best bands are hitting the road in 2016.

    #8 Pearl Jam

Well, bad news first: it seems unlikely that we’ll get a new Pearl Jam album this year, as the band made it known that they’ve yet to really hit the follow-up to 2013’s Lightning Bolt head-on yet. But the good news is that isn’t going to keep the band from touring, as they also announced they plan to make their way across the US this year. While we don’t have specific dates and locations yet, Consequence of Sound has personally confirmed one major stopping point for the Seattle legends: Bonnaroo. We’d guess that the rest of the tour might surround that June appearance in some way. Stay tuned. –Philip Cosores

The good PJ fan in me is hoping that they are playing Jazz Fest and Bonnaroo.

The evil in me is hoping that they don't get announced just so I can see everyone's meltdown on here.
