    Perhaps the delay is because they are trying to reroute the tour to visit Houston for the first time since the riot act tour.

    I'm still hopeful.

    I think if the rumors were as a result of a scam attempt there would have been clarification from the mods on this board. It would seem the appropriate thing to do. I can see them being bemused with all of the conjecture and maybe even a little ticked that things are leaking, but the fact they are saying absolutely nothing may be a sign that something is in the works. If I were them I would troll us a little bit in good fun, but not leave everybody hanging for months when there are no plans of a tour at all.

    I agree with this... If this was all as a result of a scam, I believe they would have posted or tweeted something to elude to the scam on the site.. Not even necessarily having to say what if any plans they have or don't have for 2016 but to shut this down. If not this is just cruel and unusual punishment letting this go on for 170 plus pages with a rumor started by a scammer.

    Don't see them doing that...

    Nah. It's no skin off their back. As long as it doesn't go against the rules it's fine. It's perfectly normal to speculate, right?

    So does the thread get shut down if no announcement? Every rumor has been proven wrong at this point regarding the timing of an announcement. If there is anything we have learned is that PJ is on no one's schedule but their own.

    I don't think it's any "delay" or anything like that. This is just the normal process. They just finished a tour and it's the holiday season. I still haven't seen any actual proof for a rumor beyond just fanatic speculation. Where were these potential "tour dates" coming from anyways? Bob's best-friend's girlfriend? To be fair, she's usually pretty accurate.

    I suppose if you believe something so much it could be true. I have enjoyed reading this thread tho with folks acting like the band owes them any announcement. Any concert or tour here on out is gravy. I do think they'll play some shows in 2016 since it's their 25th anniversary. No idea why everyone thinks they're working on an album. When would they have done that?

    That said, fingers crossed!!! Any US dates would include east coast considering their west coast run most recently.
