Saw Fishbone for the first time last night insane.

Who all has seen these guys live? There so intense the whole time its crazy. One of the best live bands i've ever seen.

    They followed Jane's Addiction in Vegas at the Brooklyn Bowl. We were gonna stick around, but Vegas called and we split.

    I've seen them many times back in the day. Once I saw them at some high school gym on the basketball court. I was feeling tired that night so I stood on the bleachers. The whole floor was a giant circular pit and I could feel the air spinning from the force. It was pretty damn incredible. I don't know what they are even like these days.

    1992- Lollapalooza, Irvine, California
    Nothing since then. I suck.
    2016- Fenway Park, Boston - Both glorious nights

    Did you see them Thursday night at the Horseshoe, or at the Turf Festival last night? I was lucky enough to catch both shows. These were my 3rd and 4th times seeing them, and I got the same feeling I had the first two times I saw them... complete and utter joy! The only way I can describe a Fishbone show is, when they are on stage playing a show, they are the best live band in the world. Of course they are just one of the many amazing live bands in the world, but when I'm in the crowd and the band is in full swing, the one prevailing feeling I have is that these guys are the best live band in the world. I can only imagine what it was like to see them back in the day!

    Thursday night. Ya there just insane im not sure what they were like back in the day but i cant imagine they've slowed down very much. And your right it almost made me feel like i was cheating on Pearl Jam at that show lol i did think of them as the best live band multiple times but its just so different from Pearl Jam its really hard to compare the two.
