That's messed upbuck502000 said:This is a good one, purchased a Transformer show print from eBay - the seller has a Volcom email address. Isn't that a kick in the head - I waited for two hours in-line at the Pop-up shop in NYC. Somebody else like to use profanity in my place?

You gotta be kidding me? Did the seller have more Pearl Jam items from the Pop Up shop on eBay as well?buck502000 said:This is a good one, purchased a Transformer show print from eBay - the seller has a Volcom email address. That Volcom worker is probably making a little more than minimum wage or lower than minimum wage plus commission, and s/he has to pay rent in NYC.
If someone can afford to pay eBay prices for a poster, that buyer is probably doing a lot better than this particular seller.
I'm not saying that it's not shady; I'm just saying that there are two sides to the coin.I SAW PEARL JAM0 -
They had to deal with crazy PJ fans all week too.dankind said:That Volcom worker is probably making a little more than minimum wage or lower than minimum wage plus commission, and s/he has to pay rent in NYC.

just sucks, that's all0

Agreed. And I think some folks here would have hooked you up if they could have hooked you up. I also think that many (including yours truly) are waiting to see if it pops up in the shop/goods here (fingers crossed).buck502000 said:just sucks, that's all

Do you think they will? I thought that ship sailed on the 10th?0

I dunno. Others were also saying that the 10 Club might just be waiting for Pendleton to complete his AP sale.buck502000 said:Do you think they will? I thought that ship sailed on the 10th?

Only Pendleton? David Hale & Brokenfingaz haven't publicly sold their AP editions as well. 10club / Pearl Jam are the boss. They can sell them any time they want online. They don't need to wait for the artist to sell their AP prints online first.dankind said:

On the one hand they said the only place the GCF merch would be available is in the Volcom shop (besides that one shirt they sold at the festival)
On the other hand there was already the Transformers drop on Ames.
On another hand they already released the newsletter with no mention of it (and I feel like they would have wanted to capitalize on the madness and get them in the shop immediately.)NYC 06/24/08-Auckland 11/27/09-Chch 11/29/09-Newark 05/18/10-Atlanta 09/22/12-Chicago 07/19/13-Brooklyn 10/18/13 & 10/19/13-Hartford 10/25/13-Baltimore 10/27/13-Auckland 1/17/14-GC 1/19/14-Melbourne 1/24/14-Sydney 1/26/14-Amsterdam 6/16/14 & 6/17/14-Milan 6/20/14-Berlin 6/26/14-Leeds 7/8/14-Milton Keynes 7/11/14-St. Louis 10/3/14-NYC 9/26/15

I didn't want to hesitate and watch the transformer print catapult into Moline or Crackerjack territory.0

I think they will be sold here, was surprised there was no mention at all about them though in the newsletter, figured they would be available on the 10th, or they would mention when they would be available. If they don't show up in the November newsletter then I doubt we will ever see them on here.
They probably have to inventory and organize the stock before they sell them online."Born on third, thinks he got a triple."0 -
Two GCF Hale posters sold on eBay this week for $51 or less after shipping.
Not a bad markup, for what I think is the second best poster from the show. (Obviously I'm in the minority with that opinion if it's selling for so cheap, but that's fine!)0 -

I REALLY love it when Pearl Jam's Official Facebook page keeps posting every few day's Global Citizen Festival merchandise.
PJ x Volcom Soho Pop-Up Shop merch. Which goods did you pick up? ... https://www.facebook.com/PearlJam/photos/a.118116737484.100332.7659317484/10153665878277485/?type=3&theater

How about putting up all that GCF merchandise @ the 10club store already? Then make a new post on Facebook what GCF merchandise fans picked up @ the 10club store. Then a few day's later after it's all sold out in seconds, post a fan's score and tell everyone what merchandise they picked up @ the 10club store day's back?
I wish their social media pages would show new / unseen Pearl Jam images & info. New news. Something that hasn't been posted or seen yet. The band is rich with unseen to the public eye images & video footage. And yet they keep posting the same old images, over & over again. Post something fresh. Something fan's will get excited over. Something we haven't seen before.

Santos will wait until after the South American leg before listing all the '15 posters for sale.To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."
