They are numbered by first to last by which I received the PM request for entry. So if such-and-such sent first, they will be number 1, and so on. I'm keeping track of order of PM's and those names all have 1-20 in order. We HAD 20 confirmed entries BUT one dropped out due to speed reading through the post. No harm done. Instead of shuffling up everyone a spot I will instead open the one number that this person had to vacate. So in this case it's #11 spot that is open.
