In the past if it wasn't in my profile it was a no go even though I had been charged. They later just reversed the charge. I am hoping for you though.
Unfortunately the bank charge doesn't mean anything... when the LA Klausen went on sale last year I tried to buy it six or seven times. It was sold out but I got just as many holds on my account... they didn't fall off for at least 3 or 4 days. :(
which makes you kind of wonder what system they have where they can put an IMMEDIATE hold for funds, but yet, have NO record of an order to substantiate it.hey, at least you get the "sorry for any incovenience" email...............
It has to do with their merchant account processing... some processors just check to see if the card is valid, some just put a $1 hold like gas stations and others, Ten Club,* some Hotels hold the entire amount... that part isn't really in their control. Well unless they change who handles their merchant account...

i'm in the same situation as you. a pending charge but no confirmation. that means we're fucked.
i've never complained about 10C. they have their hands full. but they still haven't figured out a better way of releasing tickets and handling the e-commerce aspect??? c'mon. fucking nonsense. i mean, there isn't a perfect solution ... but i'm sure there's a better one.

Well when you enter your card info and click to the next screen that is when the processor takes over... verifies the card... then kicks you back to the inventory portion of the process, but if there is no response from the server you order has been "processed" but no inventory to provide... make sense? It hangs up and you go back through the process again, not realizing your card is going to be run again...

Oh!!!! 3 times on was on the purchase page, each which I was kicked. Finally got to the submit stage, submitted and boom the crash. Now my bank shows the charge, but no confirmation or profile update. What a drag. Let me know if you had similar experience what has happened. I think now I prepared for the worst.
