The wife and kids had pizza for dinner. I gave up carbs so no pizza for me even though there is a few slices left. I have to go make myself something else to eat.

Just eat the toppings. No carbs 101 man, c'mon. ;)

May I suggest a meatzza for yourself next time? They are so delicious the family would want it too. It's just the same as a pizza but the crust is made of extra lean ground beef. It's really fucking good.
Then it is just meat on meat with some sauce and cheese? Back up and just give me my carbs.
Do you know how liberating it is when you decide you don't care about eating food for taste and only look at its nutritional value. No more worried if you like something or not, if it tastes good or not. Just stuff it down the pipe and enjoy what it can do for you.

And I ended up eating the pizza. Laziness won over last night.

I have been in that zone, but I hate it because it's a struggle to eat at all at that point, for me. I don't like having to force food into myself like that. It makes me feel sick.

Have you ever eathen straight fiber one cereal. I don't mean the one with oats in it, the one that looks like cat food. Its just these little twigs of fiber. If you can choke that down you lose your sense of taste for a while and learn you can eat just about anything. It was pure laziness in that I had already cleaned up the kitchen for the night and didn't feel like making a mess in it. So ease of pizza won out.

You do not want to know the things I have consumed either out of curiosity ( goat brains) or desperation in starvation ( a rat.. Yes a rat).. Trust me.. Fiber One ( which really does resemble
Cat food!) is a royal treat. I have learned never turn down a meal of any sustenance, as one never knows when they might eat again..;-)

That was supposed to say nickel sized. Sleep deprivation man. Sleep deprivation.

I have a high stress level at the moment so I put some music on and the ppl downstairs have tried to exacerbate my anxiety by hammering something under my feet. So I turned the music up. NEIGHBOR WARS.

    Yes, it's a cleavage bite...

There is one on my ass too...but I can resist scratching that one, at least in public.
