If your doing a reverse bridge where your shoulders and feet are the parts of your body making floor contact and and your arching the pelvis toward the ceiling with your butt off the ground.When you return to laying flat you slowly unroll your back with each section of your back making contact with the floor in a slow deliberate manner. Does that help? You don't want to rush intone out of a stretch or a position.You want to control how your spine rolls in and out of movements.
