    Yeah..."which" 24 hours? And was 24 hours all at once or broken up over several days...?

    OK....wrap up:

    if you need one of these, get it done....it beats the hell out of cancer.

    the only downside is the "prep"....there's a bunch of different ones, but they're all nuclear laxatives. so, night before, I drank a half gallon of the concoction over two hours. shortly thereafter, all hell broke loose but only for about an hour...then I slept. next morning, I drank the other half which produced more of the same. I think the suggestions to mix it with gatorade were the ticket...not so much for the taste, but for the extra electrolytes.

    then, you go into the doc...get a little michael jackson propofol...and 45 minutes later (max) you wake up and you're done. the doctor's notes said my "bowel prep was excellent." that's right, EXCELLENT :lol:

    to recap, you poop a lot and in my case go 42 hours without food :tired_face: . but it's worth it.
