    it was just that way when i called. i am on hold now and it says every 30 seconds or so "dear customer, please hold your call will be answered in the order it was received"

    this is incredibly frustrating. it will go to a lady talking then immediately go to "this number is not in service" or the "call cannot be completed at this time"

    i cant even understand the message but it hangs up, but i have gotten a few different recordings now, anyone able to confirm what they are?

    I'm getting a "verizon wireless error message" now. I spoke with someone at 9am exactly (CDT) and they said to call back in a half hour. Anyone get through?

    The Argentina process went smoothly, but the Brazillian call centre number has yet to work for me after 30 mins

    having the same issue... i dial the number - i have multiple different messages, sometimes it hangs up on me.. sometimes it beeps and sometimes says in english "this number is not in service" dialling the same number as other people, and have gotten mixed results. super confused
