    These laws have been sponsored in all levels of government, and in public institutions all over the world (including Canada).  They are unconstitutional and bound to fail in most countries...so they act as a stalling measure in places where they can be passed.  In Texas there is a Palestinian-American citizen teacher who lost her job because a law passed there prohibits any government agency from entering a contract with anyone that supports BDS....she wouldn’t sign her contract with that clause in it, so she lost her job.  Will be a very costly, losing lawsuit for Texas...the courts will undoubtedly strike down the law.  But will probably take quite a while.
    All of this only draws more attention to the cause.  BDS is working, that’s why it’s ao important to Israel that they interfere with other countries’ internal law.
