  • Yes probably eventually but it would take a while. The last time a pet of mine died it took me 3 years to be ready again.

    Replace? No - that's impossible.

    But a few months after we euthanized our sweet old cat, we felt ready to rescue another.

    (and a few years later, another!)

    It takes time, as with any other loss.

    Has it been a week of highs and lows? ie, ready for the fucking weekend?
