At least you got one. I got all the way thru after battling the white screen, only to get a CC charge and no confirmation number. Then when I tried to re-order, I couldn't because it said I had already ordered this. Then 10C emailed saying my order didn't go thru and I was S.O.L.derbydave said:Anyone showing movement on their tracking yet??
Mine is still stuck in the "Label Created" stage of shipping...
hopefully these will be on the move soon!!
my buddy Matt had the same thing happen to his order!!
This sale was DEFINITELY messed up...
I saw the email about Clearing your Cookies too,

And to top it all off, we will probably be hit for import tax (which I should say has nothing to do with the 10c)buck502000 said:buck502000 said:I can't wait to see the shit storm when all the backspacers and side-project vinyl show up:)

I think the technical issue has less to do w/cookies & more to do with the fact that the shop allows multiple sign in's under the same user name. Earlier in this thread someone put forth the real world analogy of a person trying to buy a coke.. what is happening when your in there with more than one virtual presence is thr guy with a coke moves up to the cashier while the other virtual versions of you are eating candy in the magazine isle. Each time your guy with the coke makes a move the server has to communicate with all the other versions of you to see if you really want to buy that coke and they are not responding, enjoying their Snickers while checking out Maxxium. This is what jams the system.walkunafraid said:
The more I think about this, the more it bothers me. I'm not an IT expert by any means, but something about blaming it on cookies and claiming that the problem could have been fixed by clearing the cache seems sketchy. Why, then, were some people given multiple order numbers? Why were some who got through the process and received a pending credit card charge and a blank white screen able to get back in to the second wave?mandarine65 said:"Our website runs on cookies. If you got all the way to check out, etc, the website would have "thought" you already made your purchase and blocked you from a second purchase. Had you cleared your cache, this would not have occurred.
Thanks
10c"
To my knowledge, cookies are browser specific. Yet I had the shop open on both Firefox and Chrome. I made the initial "purchase" (which got me a confirmation page with no order #) on Firefox. When I tried to get one again during the second wave, I did so on both Firefox AND Chrome, and then even opened Internet Explorer to try there. All three gave me the same message about not being able to purchase because supposedly I had already bought one. Can someone with more computer knowledge than I have verify if this is a legit cookie issue or not?
10C should set up their website so you have a 2nd secure sign in only for the shop and their can only be one virtual presence per username in the shop. Would prevent this whole situation.0 -

Come on guys, I think a few of us are getting a bit greedy here! Don't get me wrong, I'd be over the moon if I got an original press Ten or a Benny but let's all just remember that it's only $50 (£35) and we're gonna end up with stuff that's not on the high street!
Don't let the tracking number thing put you off, nobody ordered expecting to get the rarest stuff even if it is true!0 -
People ordered in hopes of getting something rare...it's kinda like the lottery, sometimes you get something okay, sometimes you get something great, at least we won't get an empty box.chrisdrake88 said:Come on guys, I think a few of us are getting a bit greedy here! Except shipping is also £15. My order came to just over £50. Either way I'm happy just to have gotten a chance0
-
Yeah man, that's what I mean! There were only about 500 boxes available! I can't wait to get mine! Did yours really cost £15 postage? Maybe you've got a Benny! ;-p0

To be honest i dont know , anyone with a clear answer on this?xnothingmanx said:Is this international tracking thing real or is someone pulling our leg?
No one is asking to get something rare , some people (myself included) are just a little bit disappointed that it seems that the rarest stuff is being shipped outside the US with tracking which automatically leaves everyone who didnt get a tracking number with something shitty (i would be happy if i got a backspacer for example). Im kinda new to this rarest things about PJ , could any of these be consider rare ?chrisdrake88 said:Come on guys, I think a few of us are getting a bit greedy here! Avocato , PJ 20 , Yield , Into The Wild OST , Ukelele Songs , Rearviewmirror ?
If so and if everything rare is being shipped with tracking than those who dont get one automatically can forget about these LP right?0 -
I don't think its as bad as a lot say. I have 3 copies, US pressing, EU pressing and White.RKCNDY said:

I would think that if international tracking is real then it will only be for the rarest of the rare vinyls (Benny, LD, maybe RVM colored PJ20). No way they track all of the avocados, black PJ20s, red LB. Having tracking on all of those (Min 150 copies of those three themselves) would cost way too much and ten club would make no money.
Having tracking on packages worth a 1000 dollars just makes sense, but they wont have tracking on the mid-ranged rare vinyls, so i would think there should be some good stuff left for the non-tracked internationals.
