I couldn't be more proud of Phoenix PD. If you are going to do a take down make it hurt. The guy missing the attempt with the car just proves he deserved it.

The one thing I learned during my time in NYC was that there is ALWAYS something like that happening. I think it's a defense mechanism to learn to tune it out. That place is sensory overload - I could spend a month there just people watching. Are you sure that's not a Russian soldier?

Make it hurt maybe (though I'm good with just stopping them).... don't kill them or give them permanent brain damage, which is what that take down had the potential to do.

I could be a Russian commander because I'm pragmatic ... A pity for the first and second assault waves. But I couldn't be a Russian soldier, or even more important, a Russian teenager ... I have too much respect for gravity.
